The thesis
Enthusiasm is not a soft factor. Satisfaction is the entry ticket — it gets you the deal and the comparison at the next offer. Enthusiasm is something else: it is the switch that unlocks peak performance. In your team, because people give more than they have to for something that excites them. And in your customer, because they come back.
Elite sport has known this switch for decades. Ronny has been operating it himself since 2011 — in front of up to 120,000 people on a single day. It's not a mood, it's a craft: the five principles of peak performance.
5.000.000+
Ronny Leber has thrilled more than 5 million people live, on five continents. His biggest stage covered 120,000 people on a single day.
+5 %
After a keynote and several days of in-depth workshops, a market leader in commercial vehicle retail forecast a 5 per cent increase in sales (medianet, 27 June 2025).
3 years
For three years, Ronny Leber accompanied the board of an insurance group on its customer-delight journey.
The +5 % is the company's forecast after several days of collaboration (keynote + workshops), documented in the trade publication medianet — not a result of the keynote alone.
"Satisfied customers compare. Delighted customers buy again. And again."
You know the routine. A speaker comes in, the hall is on its feet, someone shouts "amazing", the photos are good. Two weeks later nobody talks about it any more — and the numbers look just like before. And it's not the team's fault. Your people are competent, the product is good, the price is competitive. And yet in the end it's not the offer that decides, but the enthusiasm with which someone carries it. That is exactly what fizzles out after the usual stage fireworks, because nobody explained how to recreate it on Tuesday at 9:40 a.m.

The difference
An elite athlete tells his story. Ronny delivers the transferable system behind it.
Because he didn't observe enthusiasm, he created it — as the voice of the Austrian national team since 2011, in 78 international matches. And because he sold himself before he came to these stages: thousands of times, in financial services, telecommunications and orthopaedic sleep systems. Door to door, cold calling, at trade fairs.

Benefits
01
Your team understands why a satisfied customer compares and a delighted one comes back — and gets to know the Emotional Customer Journey: the stations where exactly that is decided.
02
The five principles from elite sport show how people give more because they want to — not because someone pushes them.
03
What you do differently after the third no on the same day. From thousands of his own sales conversations — door to door, on the phone, at the trade-fair booth.
04
The moment a conversation turns can be named. Your sales team leaves the hall with a picture of it — and the words to go with it.
Takeaways
01
Not a chart to be filed away — a model that survives the way from the hall into everyday work.
02
The stations where enthusiasm is created or lost — mapped onto your process.
03
A language your team still speaks long after the hall is empty.

About Ronny Leber
It all started in direct sales: financial services, telecommunications, orthopaedic sleep systems. Door to door, cold calls, trade-fair booths — thousands of conversations in which the first few seconds decided whether someone would listen.
Since 2011 he has been the voice of the Austrian national team — 78 international matches, 16 cup finals in a row — and ring announcer at world championship boxing fights. More than 5 million people thrilled live, on five continents, plus more than 1,500 hours live on television.
A stadium is a laboratory for enthusiasm: 50,000 people, one moment, no second attempt. Anyone who has to light the spark there for years eventually knows what it's made of. That is exactly what Ronny translates today into a system for sales peak performance — not as an anecdote from the stage, but as a craft your team can apply.

Stage technically secured. Custom briefing, run-through and sound check, backup for the live moment.
Direct line to Ronny. You talk to him, not to a layer of agency staff.
Tested live. When the power went out during an international match, Ronny kept the stadium entertained for an hour and a half. Whatever can go wrong on a stage, he has experienced it — and handled it.

A sales kick-off needs someone who speaks the language of sales and doesn't just command the stage. Ronny Leber sold thousands of times himself — door to door, on the phone, at trade-fair booths — before he stood in front of 120,000 people. He doesn't deliver an experience, but a model your team can work with the next morning.
A sales keynote by Ronny Leber is not a motivational speech. Motivation lasts until the car park. The talk works with five named principles and a customer journey that a sales team can apply the next morning. The benefit is the repeat purchase, not the applause.
An elite athlete tells his story. Ronny delivers the transferable system behind it. He sold himself before he came to the big stages — thousands of times, in financial services, telecommunications and orthopaedic sleep systems.
Organisation
A sales keynote by Ronny Leber lasts 45 to 90 minutes, depending on the occasion and programme. On request, it is followed by several days of in-depth workshops in which your company's Emotional Customer Journey is developed station by station.
Ronny Leber gives his keynotes in German and in English and has performed on five continents. International kick-offs and mixed-language teams are standard, not the exception.
A sales keynote works live, virtually and hybrid. Virtual is not a filmed talk, but a format of its own with direction, camera and interaction — Ronny Leber brings more than 1,500 hours of live television with him.
Dates for kick-off season and the start of the year are booked early. Short-notice bookings are possible if the calendar allows — just ask, and you'll know.
Fee
In the German-speaking region, fees for business keynote speakers with national visibility usually range between 5,000 and 15,000 euros — that is the range you should plan with. What doesn't change the fee: the duration, the number of participants and the language. A speaker isn't paid by the minute, but for what happens in the room. Travel and accommodation are listed separately. If an in-depth workshop is added, it is calculated separately.
