Together with a motivated team from marketing and sales, we managed to conjure up a stadium in the heart of Dresden.

What is the stadium principle?

The stadium principle is about what we can learn from the world of sports and how we win together as a team. The three main themes are:

Winning together,

Building momentum,

Creating magic moments.

I brought lots of examples from the world of sports and from my experiences as a stadium announcer with more than 5 million people on 5 continents live. My experiences include American football superstar Tom Brady, the Austrian soccer national team as well as Eliud Kipchoge – the first person to run a marathon in under 2 hours.

Winning together as a team

What I found great at Bausch+Lomb is the tangible team spirit.
