In meiner Keynote geht es in der Hauptsache um <strong>Teambuilding<\/strong> Ma\u00dfnahmen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dabei geht es darum, was Unternehmen von Sportorganisationen und -events lernen k\u00f6nnen. Hier darf ich aus meinem breiten Erfahrungsschatz sch\u00f6pfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inhalte des Stadionprinzips<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Vortrag habe ich den Fokus auf folgende Punkte gesetzt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Das <strong>Wir-Gef\u00fchl<\/strong> st\u00e4rken<\/li><li>Gemeinsame <strong>Visionen und Ziele<\/strong> finden<\/li><li><strong>Magic Moments<\/strong> zelebrieren<\/li><li><strong>Momentum<\/strong> aufbauen<\/li><li><strong>Breakthroughs<\/strong> kreieren<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Den letzten Punkt haben das CorpLife Team und ich wortw\u00f6rtlich umgesetzt. Wir haben Holzbretter brechen und krachen lassen.
